“All attempts to create something admirable are the weapons of evil. You may think you are practicing benevolence and righteousness, but in effect you will be creating a kind of artificiality. Where a model exists, copies will be made of it; where success has been gained, boasting follows; where debate exists, there will be outbreaks of hostility.”~ Chuang Tzu, The Complete Works of Chuang Tzu

In the modern world, we do create a lot of new things. And we do believe we are practicing benevolence and righteousness through such innovation. We create the artificial intelligence to help people in need, we clone lives to save lives. But the problem is, according to Chuang Tzu, these things are of artificiality, they are not natural. The dangers of unnatural things are that they can be modeled and copied, and then be used for evil deeds. Thus we are creating the weapons to destroy ourselves.
